💳 Your Employment Contract

So you've landed a job! Congrats! The next steps will be as follows:

• The employer may send you a soft offer via email - this is only for review and does not constitute the actual job contract yet

• Ensure you already have your Iqama number and details set up (if not, you can find these in the Getting Started section)

• The official job contract will be sent to you via Qiwa, the official KSA government platform for employment - log into this with your Iqama number and approve the contract

• Once you have approved this, you are ready to go based on the official working day! You can also use the platform to print out salary certificates / employment letters if needed for any official entities

• Any updates or changes to your contract will have to also be confirmed through the Qiwa platform

Next, you will have to set up your Bahraini social insurance 

💡 If the employer has sent you a soft offer before Qiwa, please review to confirm all details match the original offer

💡 Some employers may only send the Qiwa request on the first working day - if you still have not received it by then, ensure you request it from HR, otherwise you cannot be legally protected without one
