⚠️ Do not move your car, put hazard lights on 

📱If accident is minor, it can be reported via Absher - take photos of all angles and move vehicles to the side of the road

🚑 Call an ambulance on 997 or traffic police on 993 if there are any injuries or road blockages

🚨 For standard accidents with insurance, contact Najm via their app, or on 920000560

💡 As soon as you can, inform your insurance company of the accident and send photos of the accident + report (alternative option for cash reimbursement below)

Vehicle Repair Centers 

The following are suggestions, not officially endorsed garages. Confirm the price, repair scope and insurance requirements before authorising any work:

• Motorway/Motoryway – Mechanical and body repairs, particularly for European cars.

• Pyramid – Mechanical and body repairs. Online reviews are mixed, so obtain a quotation before proceeding.

• MMC – Minor dents and accident damage that do not require major bodywork.

💰 Insurance Cash Settlement

If the accident was not your fault and the other driver is insured, you can receive cash directly and arrange your own repairs:

• Visit Al Malki Damage Assessment Centre

• Submit Najm report, insurance claim and complete drive-through vehicle assessment

• A cash amount will be estimated, and compensation sent to your bank account
