Many of these residential buildings around Riyadh - usually the most affordable options, but may not be the most modern or have any amenities/services

🏣 Developer Apartments:  

These are larger developers running multiple buildings around Riyadh (Majdiyah, Rose, Flow etc.). They are usually more modern, some include semi-private public spaces, and others have amenities like gyms, etc

🏠 Villas:

Privately owned houses that can be either fully rented - in some cases you can rent out the full floor with a private entrance

🏘️ Compounds: 

These are gated communities with secured access, and usually multiple services and amenities, but are usually more expensive and sometimes require to be put on waiting lists.

💡 Things to Pay Attention To in Units

• Kitchen & Air Conditioning – Not always included. Some landlords leave installation to tenants, which lowers the rent

• Layout and Number of Rooms – Listings on apps can be misleading. Older layouts (5+ years) often include 2 living rooms + 2 bedrooms, but get advertised as “3 bedrooms.”
